My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this class. This is the second one we have taken. I have already made the stuffed pork tenderloin and roasted portobello mushroom with success! Hurrah! I plan on taking the Cooking 101 class in January and my daughter next summer. (She is a college student.) Maybe I will sneak in another class this fall too. Thanks again for the enjoyable evening - loved it!

Pork has never been a favorite for me until tasting this stuffed pork recipe
John Pierre created! The pork was tender and delicious! The stuffed mushrooms were equally memorable. In truth, the entire meal was perfect in selection and execution. it is a meal we will definitely try at home! An evening with JPierre is always special and we can't wait to return!

It could be nice to meet or socialize with other guests and maybe learn about the wines each brought. But it was perfect as is. The food was amazing.
