I was blown away with this class, the Onion Soup and Meatloaf were tremendous and I love that we took a very basic meal and took it to the next level. Keep the home style Gourmet meals coming…

Great evening. Desert wasn't our favorite, but (to be fair) it was still excellent. We are not big fans of bread puddings. Just being honest. It was the usual great dinner. The meat loaf was "just like my Mom's" And that is the highest compliment.

Everything was wonderful and I enjoyed my time in class. Please, next time list the ingredients on the recipe in the order that you use them.

The guests were talking among themselves too much and too loud that at times I could not hear what Chef Jean Pierre or Bradley were saying.
