The Instructor (Chef) was?: There was an immediate set back at the beginning of the class, but Chef Jean-Pierre, as always, handled it in a professional way and his humor set the class off in the right direction.
The atmosphere was: This was really a fun class despite the few challenges that came up. Thanks to Chef Jean-Pierre the evening was great fun, we learned a lot and had wonderful food. Chef was too hard on himself for one of the items on the menu and it was very tasty.
Complexity of the information provided: It was easy. Chef Jean-Pierre has a knack for making things easy so people are not intimidated to try to cook it.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The Jumbalaya was better than any Jumbalya that I grew up with in New Orleans. It was superb. The pork was moist and succulent.
The Skills that you learn were: The brining of pork will change the way that I cook pork in the future.
Would you come back: No question that I will return. As long as there are classes, I will be there.
