Complexity of the information provided: This was a great menu for anyone interested in fast, easy, and delicious food. None of the items would take too long to make (maybe the first time but not with a little practice).

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Amazing! One of my favorite menus so far. Everything was excellent. I will definitely be making this for my next dinner party!!

The Skills that you learn were: Liked the trick to wrapping the tenderloin in proscuitto. Also, learned the tricks to making your own bacon bits.

The Skills that you learn were: I like learning the tid-bits of cooking. This time I learned I can cook a lot of bacon, chop it and freeze it. Since I hate hot oil splatter. This concept will work great for me!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: This is a meal that is very doable but will have family and guests thinking youu spent days in the kitchen. Great that so much could be done ahead.

Remind people that when you are talking, they should be polite and listen. There's enough time when you are doing things for them to talk, but please not when you are talking.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Love it when he talks about his mother & grandmother; they are why he thinks about food the way he does.

The atmosphere was: Sometimes it's hard to hear, even with a small group. Some people talk non-stop -- I wonder if they are really interested in cooking or is this just a social evening?

Complexity of the information provided: Chef always makes it sound easy; we'll see when we make the shrimp & crab casserole next week.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: It was all delicious; am serving the shrimp & carb to 6 guests next week.
