The Instructor (Chef) was?: Knowledgeable, concerned about his students. The atmosphere was: The kitchen was very clean. The staff did a good job of keeping up with the needs of the class. Complexity of the information provided: The chef made it easy to understand. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I did not know I could make such tasty pizza!

Complexity of the information provided: If it was too easy, it would have been a waste of time. Learned a lot about those things I'd thought were so complex about making pizza dough that actually turned out to be easier than I'd thought. Of course, if I hadn't had Chef Rob there to guide me through it all , it would not have gone over nearly as well! Hands on is the best! Would you come back: Ready to tackle tarts!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Rob was a very informative, energetic and personable instructor. I've learned more about yeast and pizza dough then I ever thought possible. The atmosphere was: Good crowd Complexity of the information provided: We all walked out of the class having made our own pizzas and calzones. There is nothing like getting in the kitchen and just doing it. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Some of the best pizza in Broward. The Skills that you learn were: As long as I make sure to use it before I forget it, it was very useful. Would you come back: I've already started to look for Chef Rob's future class. I plan on taking summer pies and the bread class.

The class was fun and very entertaining. My husband and I have very stressful jobs so it was nice to do something carefree, learn new skills and eat everything we made. Thank you for a really great time.

My husband and I had a great time. No shortage of food to eat and to take home. We followed up with a pizza party at home putting the pizza stone on the grill. We thoroughly impressed our friends. Renata and Eric Aurelius

I really appreciated being able to just ask questions, however simple they were, and receive an answer- albeit, with a bit of ribbing, but that made it more fun. Chef Rob has a great personality for teaching.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Rob has a very relaxed "enjoy" attitude. He was very real and approachable. The atmosphere was: We were making pizza, how could that be bad? Complexity of the information provided: I can't believe I order pizza. It really is simple to make. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I would have like to have more options for the toppings to make the pizzas to our own tastes. The Skills that you learn were: I didn't know anything about yeast and flours. He gave very practical tips. Would you come back: I would absolutely take another hands-on class with Chef Rob.

In the past my reservations about taking a cooking class were that the class would be too serious. I enjoy cooking and was glad to see that those teaching and participating didn't take it too seriously and were willing to make it fun and enjoyable. It was a marvelous experience - one I look forward to repeating. And while it was a great deal of fun I felt it was worth the money and time spent. Thank you so much for the experience!

The Skills that you learn were: I've been making pizza at home for years but always felt the crust was lacking something. Not only did I learn about making the crust but I learned how to make a wonderful and simple sauce.

Chef Rob was a great teacher. I came home energized and tackled my grandmother's Easter Bread recipe. His insight into the correct consistency of the dough helped a great deal. The pizza was great. I'll be back!

I learned a task that I never had learned before, did it with my best friend that intends to open up a pizza resturaunt up in new york, she has also never made dough so it was very informative

The Instructor (Chef) was?: He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, interesting and talented! The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Delicious! My children and husband loved the pizza and calzone. The Skills that you learn were: Now I have all my tools that I purchased after class and I'm ready to get started on my own!
