This was my fourth class and I enjoyed it as much as the first. My son will be celebrating his 20th Birtday in a few weeks and has requested I treat him to one of your classes when he and his fiance get back into town. We will see you then.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: As always, I thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

Complexity of the information provided: I don't cook, so it all looks difficult, but it tastes awesome.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I enjoyed the food from the seafood scampi class more---which was my first experience with Chef. I guess you never forget your 1st!

The Skills that you learn were: If I were to ever use or even remember the skills I learned, I sure they'd be useful.

Would you come back: Chef is so animated! Sometimes he's better than his food:)

Overall, the chef was a great showman and captivated his audience with the course selection and style of cooking. The food was good and the chef and his staff worked to please their guest. This was a wonderful repeatable experience for experienced cooks and those new to the craft.

The evening was great, learned news ways in preparing food and found Jean Pierre was most entertaining and a superior chef. The onion soup was the best I've had in over 20 years. Total meal was more than expected..Will plan to attend again.
