The Instructor (Chef) was?: There is no doubt that without the personality of Chef Jean-Pierre that the classes would be be interesting, but no fun. He always is upbeat and fun and passes this on to the class.
Complexity of the information provided: It is easy because Chef Jean-Pierre shows the class how to make it easy.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: All of the dishes were good. The frittata was beyond belief. It made me feel as if the ones that I made at home would have been refused by my cat. Now, I know how to truly make a frittata. The other ideas for ingredients and variations offered by Jean-Pierre make this dish really interesting and versatile.
The Skills that you learn were: I learned as I always do in these classes so many little tips on cooking that are so helpful that I could never learn on my own or simply with a cook book. This classes are not only fun, but with the information that one can glean from the classes make them a bargain.
Would you come back: I have been to many classes at this school, but aside from learning sometimes I come because it is an evening of entertainment and I met new interesting people in the classes.
