The Instructor (Chef) was?: I absolutely would come again to see Ralph. He was extremely entertaining.
The atmosphere was: I was a little hesitant about making comments or asking questions, everyone seemed to know one another, and I was a newbie.
Complexity of the information provided: I would have liked to see him execute more of the recipies vs. just talking us through it. I learn better if I can see it being done.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I'm not sure if the menu we had was the menu I signed up for-- I don't eat beef so I did not have the main course. I wouldn't say the food was good- it was very good- or better, but I wouldn't quite call it succulent.
The Skills that you learn were: He flew by some things that I would have liked him to go back to- he had soooooo much information, but at times, for skills, it would have helped if he slowed down just a bit.
Would you come back: Way fun! I really didn't know what to expect. I've already recommended it to my friends. I came up Miami (over an hour away) and I was not disappointed in the least.
