If you enjoy cooking, and would like a little more confidence before trying some impressive recipes, I highly recommend Chef Jean Pierre's cooking school. We've totally upped our game as a result of his classes.

It was great to come and enjoy a fabulous meal. Every time we come we learn something new. Love the rationale explained behind the action. Love the individual attention chef gives to all the attendees.

Chef Jean was funny and the food was wonderful. The salmon was the best ever. We loved all of the butter! Very nice for a date night.

Based on the main course, I wouldn't have guessed that chicken stock would've played a role and I had a vegetarian along (who once in a great while eats fish/especially salmon). It's hard to find a menu that's vegetarian-friendly, otherwise I would come more often with this particular guest. Why she didn't feel comfortable asking to skip the sauce, that I can't say. But perhaps on your menus, there could be an occasional asterisk or something, even if just once a month or quarter, indicating that the menu might be made vegetarian-friendly upon request. "Special diet night." :)

I had a terrific time. You can't beat three hours of laughing, learning and getting to enjoy delicious food.

The class was fabulous. I brought 3 friends who had not been before. They loved it. I wish we lived closer (live in the Keys) because I would go a lot more often.

Complexity of the information provided: always terrific ingredients and available at Publix for the most part. I don't have a specialty market in the Keys!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: fabulous and I can't wait to try out the recipes, especially the tomato pie.

The Skills that you learn were: I usually buy too much but I'm never sorry and I use what I buy. The vegetable peeler is great!

The class was a gift to my husband, who describes his cooking skills at the level of "water boiler extraordinaire". My husband chortled throughout the entire class and it was obvious that he had a wonderful time. He even said that he might try cooking! WE'LL BE BACK!

We were impressed! I only wished the salmon was wild caught, or at least the chef lied and said it was! Just joking! We loved everything---the chocolate cake sauce designs the most!

The food was delish, and the chef, as always, has a great sense of humor and I love being part of his class after a long day of work. Not only is he witty and funny, I'm grateful he is sharing his knowledge with me, I always leave there picking up some small tidbit of information to make my cooking experience much more enjoyable and I wind up talking to myself saying "yeah", I'm so glad I found out about that"!!!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: ITs always a pleasure to learn from the chef, he has great knowledge and a great sense of humor and what a great comination to have when you are teaching

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I would of liked the sauce with the ravioli to have alitle more tomatoe taste, then peppery taste, I did like it, but it was alittle to bland for me.

The Skills that you learn were: I always come out of his class with a little more knowledge than I went in with, its the best feeling!
