The class was very good. I enjoyed many more things than expected. It was not only about the recipes, but many more little tips and useful information in the kitchen. My only suggestion is that you should set the students in a bit more confortable arrangement, like have a long and thin ber in front of each row of seats so we can have a place to put the drinks and the plates.

Good time, great food, and an excellent lesson in cooking. My favorite was the tomato pie and the salmon. I will definitely sign up for another class.

I don't think I've EVER criticized a class of yours but last night just was not special. I'm sure it just happens once in a while. Guess I won't have this review written up! XXX, Nancy

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef - You KNOW how much I LOVE your classes, but this one was "off" - likely because of your new assistants. I appreciate the issue though.

The atmosphere was: Women celebrating a birthday were like a group of high school girls. They must have been having fun but others found them annoying. Again, I do understand they want to enjoy their party. I personally found them distracting.

Complexity of the information provided: I believe the recipes - as always, were very do-able, given some time.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The tomatoe pie was sensational. The other dishes were good but - again, not up to usual standards, I think because of confusion in the kitchen and the audience!

The Skills that you learn were: You always give great special tips and guidance. I think that's the best part of your classes and what makes you a good teacher.

Would you come back: Even with a level of confusion, I did enjoy myself.

Every time I have taken a class, you have tried a new market. ie Deleware chicken farm. Try their fresh turkeys at the holidays Mavalous Daling.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: tomato pie outstanding. sauce for the salmon was very unusual. DELICIOUS!!!

The Skills that you learn were: I have been cooking forever, but there is always something new to learn. .

Although we truly enjoyed the class last night, we found that there was too much chatter from the audience during the presentation. Chef Pierre had to remind the audience several times to "sshhhh" and pay attention. I love a fun group, but we are paying good money to hear Chef Pierre, not audience chatter.

I really enjoyed Chef JP's class and it was definitely worth the trip from Miami. Unfortunately I had a cold, so I couldn't taste as well as on a normal day. Plus I'm exhausted after the late night - I guess I better call in sick today :-). Thanks again for the wonderful course and next time I'll make sure to come in perfect health.
