It gets kinda smokey in the room with the onions and garlic in oil and the crowd was a tad talkative.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: She's a natural in the kitchen. Great stories and tips.

The atmosphere was: Just like being at her house.

Complexity of the information provided: Can't wait to recreate the entire meal next weekend for the holiday.

The Skills that you learn were: Loved the tip about putting oil in the measuring cup so the honey comes out.

The atmosphere was very comfortable and fun. There wasn't anything about the evening that I didn't like.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Accent and all, Tami was stupendous!

The atmosphere was: I loved the back and forth between Tami and Chef Jean Pierre. They seemed to genuinely like each other and this made for a fun and funny class.

Complexity of the information provided: Even though parts of it were pre-prepared, this seemed to be a very easy meal to put together.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: There wasn't one thing I didn't like.

The Skills that you learn were: I've been a guest of Chef J-P before, and learned tips that time. Also learned tips last night.
