The Instructor (Chef) was?: JP was very engaging and his sense of humor made the evening very enjoyable. Complexity of the information provided: I can not wait to make some of the things we learned! The Skills that you learn were: I have been cooking for a long time and was shocked to learn how much I didn't know!

The experience was great! Maybe would of been nice to have a salad at beginning or cheeses for an appetizer since didn't eat first taste until around 9ish.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: He also gave many useful tips! The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: All three dishes were fabulous! My favoite receipe is the snapper.

I am not a big fan of Artichoke, but after this class, I will definitely add this little vegetable to my list! Sole Almondine was to die for, and the snapper was the freshest and moistest I have ever had! Chef made making fish so much easier!! No more oily fish, EVER!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: There is never a class where Chef Jean Pierre is anything but very entertaining! The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The fish was the most moist fish I have ever had, I never made it this moist! The Skills that you learn were: 2 words! Garlic Icecubes!!
