More Like This!! Interested in more classes that focus on basic fundamental knowledge ... spices & herbs, flavor profiles, cooking techniques, etc. (have taken knife skills & sauces) Would love the 5 part class but don't have the 5 weeks to commit.

Outstanding class. Wish I had taken it years ago! It was packed with very valuable information, so much so I may take the same class again. It was truly fantastic and the best educational experience yet. Thank you for the brilliant presentation and tips. Richard K.

I would have liked more main dishes connected to each sauce not by demonstration but just by naming them in recipes
