The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean-Pierre is always fun and brings life to a class.
The atmosphere was: The joking between the students and Jean-Pierre makes the class informal and fun. The people that might be intimidated loosen up in the jovial atmosphere.
Complexity of the information provided: The complexity becomes average because of the easy way that Jean-Pierre teaches. People who think that it is complicated learn that it is not complicated when you learn what you are doing.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The sauce Espagnole with the chicken was the best in my opinion. The white sauce was second, but they were all good.
The Skills that you learn were: I had been waiting about two years for this class and never could get my timing right because of business or because this was always part of cooking 101. These sauces can be used in so many ways and on so many things it was invaluable.
Would you come back: I will continue to take courses. Aside from the fact that I always learn things about cooking that I would never learn on my own, it is a night of entertainment for me. I also meet some nice people in the class.
