I would have appreciated very much having the basic stock recipes included in the class handout.

This was my first class with Chef Jean-Pierre and I will definitely be returning, along with some friends. I also really appreciated all the tips on finding all the right tools. And last I would like to mention how much I enjoyed the Chef's delightful sense of humor. Thank you!

I was unaware that we were supposed to bring wine. Maybe you should sell a few bottles.

I loved the basic tomato sauce with the mahi mahi. I would have never thought to combine the two.

I'll remember to bring a bottle of wine for the next class. Recommendations from Chef on wine appropriate for each class would be helpful.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Instruction from Chef is always entertaining as well as educational.

The atmosphere was: The interaction between Chef and the group kept the class atmosphere open and enjoyable.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: I'm not sure succulent is sufficient to describe the results of the evening's instruction.

The Skills that you learn were: I now know significantly more about sauces than I did at the start of the class.

Would you come back: Looking forward to the duck class.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: This was my first cooking class with the lovely Jean Pierre!! I loved it and will do more!!! Wondering if he is going to incorporate a Salads and Dressings class!!! I would like to learn Salad dressings now as I have great ones out but do not know how to make!! these yummy dressings to make a great salad!!!!

The atmosphere was: He is funny and very personable!!! I loved him!!! ps I'll be wearing my colorful earings! next time also for your light show! lol

Complexity of the information provided: Im gonig to make the Sauce Espangnole this week. However I'm wondering what that sauce tastes like alone. We had it in other sauces so kinda wondering what is is suppose to taste like?? I hope I can master this first sauce and want to make the hunters sauce I loved that and have tasted it in many good restaurants!! The taste is a specific one!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Loved all the sauces!!! Huter the most!!!!

The Skills that you learn were: THe way to make the thickening with the flour!!

Nothing that I can think of. It is really good as it is.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean-Pierre is always fun and brings life to a class.

The atmosphere was: The joking between the students and Jean-Pierre makes the class informal and fun. The people that might be intimidated loosen up in the jovial atmosphere.

Complexity of the information provided: The complexity becomes average because of the easy way that Jean-Pierre teaches. People who think that it is complicated learn that it is not complicated when you learn what you are doing.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The sauce Espagnole with the chicken was the best in my opinion. The white sauce was second, but they were all good.

The Skills that you learn were: I had been waiting about two years for this class and never could get my timing right because of business or because this was always part of cooking 101. These sauces can be used in so many ways and on so many things it was invaluable.

Would you come back: I will continue to take courses. Aside from the fact that I always learn things about cooking that I would never learn on my own, it is a night of entertainment for me. I also meet some nice people in the class.
