Sell wine😊 Have an order form that lists the items u r selling in the class. I know I forgot a few things I wanted to buy by the end if the class. You could even have someone pick the orders up and prepare them a half hour before the end of the evening as a "starter shopping bag" which we could add to on our way out😊

This class was amazing! The components of each dish blended together to such a height of favors we are still marveling over them. Each fish cooked to perfection...each sauce memorable...can't wait to return to another wonderful evening!!!

Chef JP's ease and jokes make for a comfortable setting. Just keep on cooking, creating, and laughing!! Look out we will return!
