I don't know how you could make it better. I come often because it is close to a perfect way to spend an evening. I attend with my daughter. The food is always delicious, the ambiance is perfect. I love shopping on aisle 3, and I often send gifts from there and I've had nothing but raves .

I want to commend Chef,Bradley, and Leanne on being so gracious in accommodating guests who don't seem to know what the menu is on certain occasions..Having been in the restaurant business my entire life, I know scrambling to make a special meal sometimes throws everything off. So BRAVO to all. Love you like family.❤️

No room for improvement. this was my second time with 2 other couples. We all enjoyed the class and are going to book another class in the future. it is a great evening with friends. Chef Jean Pierre is funny, entertaining and charismatic. I learn so many things when I go. I am just an average cook but I learn a lot from all the things he mentions. I look forward to next time. It's a great get together with other couples.

I have never been a fan of macaroni and cheese, but this recipe completely changed my opinion. I could not believe how light and fluffy it was...absolutely delicious! I will make that recipe for sure. Thank you.

I would recommend giving people who attend a class a discount on buying supplies after (especially the higher ticket items). There are things I wish to purchase but want to wait until you run a sale again. It would be nice to get things when they are fresh in my mind.

I think the class ran 3 hours long (I was expecting 2 hours, but I'm not sure my asumption was correct). It went by fast, but on a weeknight, that's a little late for me since I had a long drive home. The length of the class wouldn't stop me from coming back though, because it was a fun night out with my daughter.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean-Pierre was fun and interacted with the class. I brought my daughter with me (she plans on being a pro. chef one day) and he was very kind to her and made her feel so welcome.

The atmosphere was: Fun class....

Complexity of the information provided: I'm not sure I understand this question. The dishes that were made seem like something I could easily do at home. Chef JP explained everything well.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Chef Jean-Pierre thought the beef was over cooked, but I thought it was very good. The "mac and cheese" was the best!

The Skills that you learn were: Instructions on how to tie the beef tederloin will come in handy some day I'm sure.

Would you come back: I was really searching for a class for my daughter (she loves to cook, and as I'm typing this, she is making a mini pizza for herself and little sister! She just went outside to cut fresh basil to put on top). We will be back, I'm sure (would love it if there was a class for pre-teens/teens!)

The only thing I would say is that it took a long time to eat. Maybe two things that take a while to bake in the same night isn't ideal. One thing that is fast and one is long might be better. Eating dinner at almost 10:00pm was a little difficult. But it was worth the wait and we had an excellent time!!!!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef is always fun and great to watch! Knowledgeable and personable!

The atmosphere was: I went with my mom and we had a very fun evening!

Sometime those "short cuts" turn out to be "long cuts"! If you browned the tenderloin before covering with the ham and bacon it should shorten the roasting time. Even the wait was OK as it gave the smokers a chance to grab a smoke and it showed that even the Pros. have an off- day. See you in the fall unless you get to Eagle River, WI this summer!! Dear Chef...you completely outdid yourself last night. I have never experienced a better mac-n-cheese, the beef was beyond delicious and the dessert was spectacular. Although the timing of the meat was a little off, I cannot complain about anything you did in the class. As always, you were very entertaining and your cooking skills are without compare. Bravo on a fantastic class!

Wow!!!!!! Your timing may have been off for the roast but this was outstanding. I can't wait to make the baked macaroni. It has stars all over the margins of the page. The potatoes ...... wonderful as always ...... the Boston cream ....... yummmmmmmy. I now know that I don't let my roasts stand long enough for the juices to settle in place. It doesn't matter how many years I come, I always learn something new. Thank you for a wonderful evening. This class is a MUST to add to your list.
