I find myself getting irritated when people are loud and rude. It's okay to have fun and laugh because Chef creates a relaxed atmosphere that we all enjoy tremendously. However, when their volume deters others from hearing what is going on, the line is drawn. Chef deserves the utmost respect; it makes me angry when that is disregarded.

Always have the greatest time when Jean Pierre is at the helm with his first mate Bradly! Excellent food and fun! Thanks for always providing consistency of fabulous food and fun!

there is not one thing that you could do to improve the experience. It is always a perfect evening.

The squash soup was delicious and those croutons were awesome. The corn pudding was sooo good, and the dessert well it was just "scrumptious". (Kelsey says thank you and she loved loved loved it!!!)

It was excellent - no improvement necessary.... Maybe a list of some of the wonderful cooking hints that Chef JP shared with us.

The Thanksgiving meal was scrumptious!! The whole evening was delightful and I am so glad that I was able to experience it. I really appreciated the many helpful hints that Jean Pierre shared with us - things that I can use in my everyday cooking as well. Carving the turkey was a real learning experience. Thank you for a great night!

The atmosphere was: Never a dull moment at a JP class.

Complexity of the information provided: All the recipes were easy to follow and wouldn't be terribly difficult to duplicate at home. Of course things would probably go that much smoother at home if we could borrow Bradley for the prep work!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Everything was delicious but especially loved the soup and cranberry/orange relish.

The Skills that you learn were: Even though the evening was loaded with recipes because it was a Thanksgiving class and Jean Pierre was trying to get things done in a timely manner, he still took time to explain and demonstrate tips and skills to the class.

Would you come back: Attending a class with Jean Pierre is always a terrific way to spend and evening.

This is question to which there doesn't seem to be a lot of response, so I'll give some specific examples. Since the class arrives typically between 7 - 7:30pm, in most cases with no food in their stomachs To improve the experience, how about offering hor d'oeuvres such as: 1) Mushroom caps stuffed with crab meat, shrimp and or lobster; 2) Brie wrapped in Prosciotto served on a crustini 3) Scallops wrapped with smoked salmon again served on a crustini just to mention a few examples. This would give the students a little morsel of food to tide them over til you get the entire meal ready, normally another hour and a half or two later.
