The only downside was not having a table to place the wine and food on - but I understand that is being corrected. Would have LOVED to have been able to take home recipes!

The atmosphere was: Chef Jean-Pierre's visits made the evening light and enjoyable - quite the character! Complexity of the information provided: So impressed with the knowledge of Master Sommelier Eric Hemer. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was amazing and the wine choices were excellent!

Maybe space the dishes just a little farther apart - otherwise everything was just perfect!

I would have liked the handouts to have more food recommendations under each wine category than just the set menu of the evening.

I liked the charcuterie tasting as we had chance to see wine and food pairings that did not necessarily work well. It would be nice to have a couple more "not so " good pairings so that we can learn from them, but not too many :-)

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Made me laugh. He was funny Complexity of the information provided: Eric was very knowledgeable. Wines are not easy to understand, but he explained it pritty well. The Skills that you learn were: Learning to open reds and use a decanter was very helpful

The only thing I would recommend is adding a tray or something to place food on, besides our laps.
