I would definitely take more classes with Chef Rob. I'll have to wait until after the 1st of the year, however, because the old pocketbook is tight these days with the economy as it is!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: He had an easy way about how he approaches his teaching. I thoroughly enjoyed his class and came away feeling confident about making pate choux, etc., which I always shied away from before!

Complexity of the information provided: The recipes were pretty easy..... it was mastering the techniques that was a challlenge for me!

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Delicious! I'm going to gain 5 lbs from the goodies I brought home!

Would you come back: Chef Rob was very clear, explained to you what you were doing wrong and what you were doing right, and didn't make you feel intimidated! He poked fun, but allowed you to poke fun right back!
