My husband Tomas a guy that those not know how to boil water, we have gone twice in a month and he has have the Best time ever. Highly recomended.Please do not miss this amazing culinary experience

The best meal we have had since we moved here 5 months ago! Chef was entertaining yet focused on what he was doing the whole time. Very helpful and informative with the audience's questions. Awesome evening!

Serve small appetizers because it seems we always eat very late- worth the wait, but later than we usually eat.

Yesterday's class by far was AMAZING!!! The atmosphere was a party atmosphere. Seeing JP relaxed joking and having a good time warmed our hearts. We need to have the party atmosphere more often. I'm thinking like how you have Saturdays couples night. Fridays are party night!!!! Just a thought. Love you all. Anthony & Sujey.

Chef Jean-Pierre is the best! This guy rocks! He's my favourite chef and he's very inspiring and motivating! I have learnt so much already. I go to his class almost every night. If you haven't been you are missing out! Its far more fun then going out for dinner somewhere and I cant even explain how good the food is. You have to be there to find out for yourself! This class may be the best class I have ever attended in terms of tastyness. I expect to prepare the entire menu. Maybe not all at once but each course would easily go with many other dishes. My thanx to Jean Pierre for a job well done.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: As usual, at times a little chatty with the class. Mostly kept mind on the business at hand

The atmosphere was: A lot of interaction with the class. Lots of good questions and good answers.

Complexity of the information provided: I thought every recipe was very doable by someone with my skills which I'll say are maybe average at best.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: These were some of the most tasty dishes I ever had. I was expecting very spicy and got moderately spicy.

The Skills that you learn were: I find that every class teaches some new skills and reinforces many previously learned skills.

Would you come back: Always have a great time at a Jean Pierre class. Some better than others but all good. I look at every class as an opportunity to learn something new.

I don't think there's anything you could possibly do. Last year, I went with a group of friends to a cooking class in Savannah, Georgia, at the Mansion on Forsythe. It simply drove is all insane that the guy wouldn't hand out the recipes while we were preparing (hands-on class) so we could write down the helpful tidbits he gave. Thank you so much for handing yours out beforehand. It's really a great help for those of us who are memory challenged!!!

I am interested in more hands on experiences but I would say for the audience - your session is perfect.

I enjoyed myself, as much as everyone else. Discover as you sip on your wine, listen to chef Jean-pierre as he entertain you with fun stories and it doesn't matter what, or how much you know about cooking, you will definitely learn something knew. The chef knows how to make you comfortable so you can ask any questions. I will be back.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: He likes poeple and any question is a good question as well as fun stories from him. His entire team from Leane,Jonathan and David where all helpful and recognized by the chef.

The atmosphere was: I would say friday night is the night. People were relaxed and enjoyed the evening.

Complexity of the information provided: anyone can master all the recipes made by Chef Jean-Pierre (from this class)

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Each dishes were well balance and delicious.

The Skills that you learn were: Brining technic, the garlic rule 101(that"s what I call it) and the piece de resistance " how to cook a pork tenderloin to perfection and serve it at the right temperature".

Would you come back: If you read my comments, you'll see that I really enjoyed myself and did not resist of buying a Chinois strainer :).

First time for my wife and I and we really enjoyed it. Chef passed along some good tips and the food was really good. Will be back soon!!

Also, we arrived 35 minutes early to get the seat we wanted and were told we couldn't sit in either the front row or second row because the seats were saved for this big group by two women. I found this to be ridiculous and next time before I book will ask if there is a group already booked in that class. We always love these classes and were a bit disappointed this time with the noise and chaos and lack of respect for the Chef.

The atmosphere was: Again, this large group took over the evening, making it less fun than the previous classes we have attended

Would you come back: For groups of 8 or more, I really think they should book their own party. Its frustratng to deal with an out of hand group - I felt like I didn't get the real experience this time (we've been to at least 5 or 6 classes previously).

I have enjoyed all the classes that I have taken. I love doing gatherings with a certain type of cuisine as the theme, whether Italian, french, southern, southwest etc.. Thank you again for a great evening.

This was my first class. I really enjoyed it and, as a new cook, gained a lot of useful information. The food was excellent and Chef Jean Pierre was quite entertaining and fun. The class went by so quickly. I can't wait to take another one soon.

It was a wonderful class and I've already signed up for two more. The two people talking on the second row were annoying and I wish they had kept it down but with focus I was able to learn a great deal.

Would you come back: The only addition is being able to taste the recipes before they were perfect. I always struggle with correct amounts of seasoning. I know it's a matter of practice but it would be great to compare tastes.
