The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Jean-Pierre is always entertaining, which is one of the things that makes the classes fun.
The atmosphere was: It got a bit too cheerful as it became difficult to hear what was going on during the cooking. The natives were restless!
Complexity of the information provided: Perhaps because of the quantity of dishes prepared it was a bit more complicated to keep track of things.
The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was superb. The pork was really tender and moist and the corn and Anaheim Pudding was off the charts. The bread pudding was the best that I have ever had. It was so light!
The Skills that you learn were: I would never learn these thing on my own or from a book. Only in these classes can some of these things be learned.
