The Instructor (Chef) was?: It was a pleasure to attend his class. He makes comfort food in a sensible easy way that accommodates today's life styles. Complexity of the information provided: Will definitely make these dishes. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The best Philly Cheese Steak I have ever had. The pasta and tomato sauce was excellent and quickly prepared.

My friend, who I attended the class with, and I were just saying how GREAT last night was! We beyond enjoyed every minute and can't wait to book another class. The staff was friendly and helpful and very fun and Steve & Chef were very accommodating with all of our picture requests at the end.

Pls. book Steve Martorano as much as his time permits. I really enjoyed his very simple and flavorful cooking style. I also enjoyed how he and Chef bantered back and forth and also how the audience was able to ask questions and participate. I really cannot believe how many tips I picked up. Thank you!

The Instructor (Chef) was?: He was absolutely WONDERFUL...I enjoyed every minute of it, more than I had expected. Complexity of the information provided: Most of his plates last night, were very "cook" friendly and I will venture to do them at home. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Fabulous!!!! The Skills that you learn were: I love to cook and I learned a few tricks from Steve and from J.P, they are both outstanding cooks. Would you come back: Looking forward to my next class.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Steve was the best. He was extremely informational and entertatining, funny. His interaction with JP was also very funny. The atmosphere was: The crowd was cheerful and enjoying the evening. Complexity of the information provided: The recipes were easy to follow with the key ingredient being to ensure you use quality products. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was excellent, very tasty. The Skills that you learn were: Learned more about cooking sauces, better ingredients. Would you come back: I definitely want to be a part of the next cooking class taught by Steve.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: The chef was great. He explained everthing in layman terms that we all understood.....except for a pinch here and a pich there, I'll never get that. Now I know why Chefs never eat after cooking...too much tasting!!!!! The atmosphere was: Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Complexity of the information provided: Waiting to get the recipes...I didn't write anything down because I was enjoying the wine and watching Steve prepare the food The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Loved the eggplant and the meatballs....I'm still full and its 10am. The Skills that you learn were: He made it seem like it is pretty easy, but when I try it at home I'll let you know........ Would you come back: Although it is a drive from Miami, yes.....it was great!

I have enjoyed every class I have ever taken for all 4 chefs that I have taken from. You do it well... "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

The Instructor (Chef) was?: I was surprised and pleased at how open and friendly Steve was with our group. I have only heard negative comments referring to his personality and I am happy to be able to contradict these things in the future. The atmosphere was: I loved the side-bantering and teasing between JP and Steve. The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The food was delicious and plentiful. The Skills that you learn were: This class was a lesson in simplicity and it was very useful for when "you just don't have much time."
