The atmosphere was: I was pleasantly surprised to see a mix of people my generation, singles and couples, not "food addicts" with different skill levels but all with good humor basically coming for a good time.

The Skills that you learn were: As mentioned, I am not at home in a kitchen but I stared at your hands via the mirror and watched your techniques and listened carefully as you casually throughout golden tidbits. I really think I can do this!
Would you come back: I didn't expect to have fun. I expected Lawrence to have fun. I was really shocked how much I got into the cooking part. The people around me also made it a casual easy to follow social experience and I was very relaxed and not intimidated.
