Hands-on classes with Chef Rob are worth it. You walk away stuffed of both food and knowledge.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Rob is very easy to talk with and he'll go over stuff as often as you need it.

The atmosphere was: It was a small class, so we had more personal attention, which was great.

Complexity of the information provided: Putting the ingredients together- super easy- but you have to know when to work with the dough or let it sit. It wasn't complex per se, but time consuming.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The best thing about this dough is that it's a blank slate- you can add anything, but the choices provided were limited.

Just a side note - I don't think discussing politics during class is a good idea - it totally has the potential of ruining people's mood. These classes should be a refuge from the day-to-day...

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef Rob is down to earth and gave us personal attention non-stop. I felt mentored!

The atmosphere was: We were working hard but laughing lots.

Complexity of the information provided: Croissants are not that hard surprisingly...

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The savory croissants were the best!

The Skills that you learn were: I eat croissants all the time, so this is a more than useful skill for me.

Would you come back: I feel very much at home during those hands-on classes.
