A festival of beef. Absolutely delicious. Now I happily have the coveted Caramelized Onion recipe that is so popular among friends who love to cook. The accompanying sauces were fantastic. As always, the pearls of wisdom, what to buy, where to buy, what to look for: indispensable knowledge culled from a consummate pro. This is a wonderfully relaxing evening that stimulates the palate while we glean valuable tips.

Chef if always entertaining and loaded with great tips and ideas, and the food is always superb! Don't change a thing! I brought new students with me last evening and they loved it! I'll see you in a couple of weeks for another class.

How does one improve on something so good and delicious ? In Jean Pierre's case, every class provides an evening of a prime dinner with some great entertainment. He has perfected the art of meals that can only be found in the most expensive restaurants but at a very reasonable price !!!!!

This is one of the most enjoyable nights out wheather you go with a spouse, a friend or a group. There is nothing to compare to also booking a private party for whatever celebration !!!!!

Chef Jean -Pierre is a great chef, great entertainer and doesn't fuss about things which I love! He is very realistic about the cooking in terms of what you can learn to make and shows you how anything is possible for anyone!

This was my first visit. I was impressed by the fact that first-timers were given some basics that were extremely helpful while not taking away from the teaching for those who had attended before. I learned a lot of practical as well as technical hints to improve my skills.

The Skills that you learn were: I do have a question- AUTHENTIC recipes. I very much appreciate JPs loyalty to authentic recipes. Having a passion for food and a college degree in the field of teaching about food- I appreciate some of the older recipes that are sometimes forgotten. Tell me, Authentic Chocolate mouse... does a traditional recipe have other ingredients besides chocolate and eggs? Thanks--- fun night, will be back. My guest Susan had a great time too-I am sure she will let you know.

The atmosphere was: at the class everybody had too much wine lol but it made it very cheerful and fun.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: Everything was so delicious. I didn't have any wine but most of all the bottles were empty by the end of the night.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Jean is always entertaining more importantly is his ability to teach the class clearing explaining the recipes.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: The Beef Stroganoff was over the top, Roast Steak Au Poivre was excellent and the Sauteed Filet Mignon was just as good.

The Skills that you learn were: Need to work on my sauce skills.

Would you come back: It's a long drive from Cape Coral but it's worth it.

Chef is always entertaining. Even as an experienced cook, I always learn something new. The audience was a bit different than in the past. I thought some people were more focused on socializing than the experience itself.

Dear JP, you always teach me something new and this time it was about the Maytag Blue..coincidentally enough my husband and I went out to dinner on Sat. and on the menu was a top sirloin grilled and topped with Maytag Blue had I not been to your class I would not have known what that meant! I thought that was great. Thank you for keeping us well informed.

Complexity of the information provided: Chef JP, I made the stroganoff for my family and it tasted wonderful except it was not as thick a sauce as yours. It was marvelous and my husband loved it. He grew up having the Campbell soup quick version (yuk) his mother used to make and he said this was the real thing!

I've gone to Chef JP's cooking classes for over 10 years now and I always learn something new in each class. Some think because it's not hands on, that's it's not a real cooking class and it's like watching the Food Network. WRONG! You can't compare. The interaction that you have with Chef JP is fantastic and the time he takes with you even after class answering more questions, teaching you knife skills is wonderful.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Chef JP is always entertaining. I've never seen him in a bad mood and I've gone to his classes for over 10 years.

Complexity of the information provided: The only thing complex is actually trying the "cleanig up the beef skills: on your own at home. I just hope I remember all the parts to tye cut of beef.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: My absolute favorite was the beef stroghanoff. and after trying those DeCecco noodles, I can never eat another brand again. Thanks for opening up my world to a diff noodle then Ronzoni.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: This is my 4th class with Chef Jean Pierre..he has always been enjoyable

Complexity of the information provided: As a beginner, I found the recipes to be ones I could attempt at my home.

The Food (or Wine for a Wine) Class: My favorite was the steak with peppercorn/cognac. The Au Gratin potatoes were better with the sweet potatoes/white potatoes, rather than just the white potatoes.

The Skills that you learn were: Hope I can clean the meat someday as good as he does. I still need to work at it.

Would you come back: The class was a blast. The bottle of wine helped alittle but even without..the class would have been fun anyway.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Since this was our first time attending the class we did not know what to expect so we were not aware that we should bring wine, I think that you should have a cheat sheet for first timers. Keep up the good work, we will be back in the fall

The more the other audience members drank, the more obnoxious they became. I was there to learn, and to enjoy quality food. Bars are for getting annoyingly drunk- not schools! The chef was great, the food was great.

The atmosphere was: I personally would have had more fun if I had been able to participate in the actual cooking process. Would you consider asking for some helpers from the audience?

You should note on your class letter "Please do not eat - we always feed our class with our "Nights Creations" and please feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine to enjoy while we create for you"! Unfortunately I had a bite to eat before class not knowing and did not bring my favorite "Red".
