We’ve visited multiple times and the performance/product of Chef JP was, as always, as good as it gets. Last nights visit, however, was tarnished by some audience members that got a bit over-enthusiastic. The room too often got loud to the point of not being able to hear the Chef. And I’m sorry to say ladies, you’re just not nearly as funny, entertaining, and informative as he is. I don’t know how you could better manage this (it’s likely a by product of how friendly and welcoming Chef JP is and should be) but it does diminish the experience a bit.

My husband says offer seconds! lol... he had the best time and hasn't stopped talking about it since! Chef Jean-Pierre and Riley certainly know how to prepare outstanding and delicious cuisine as well as entertain the room.. The setting is beyond compare- the overhead mirror is true brilliance- you can see no matter where you sit. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will certainly be back.thank you for all you did to create a memorable night- all I can recommend is to continue what you are doing. You are professionals in the truest sense of the word.Thank you, thank you for a wonderful meal and an evening that will be hard to forget.

I think everyone does such a great job, can't think of anything to improve.

I always enjoy myself immensely and learn new things. Now that I see how easy it is to make paella in the oven, I can't wait to excavate and use my beautiful paella pan that has not seen the light of day for 15 years!

All of the courses were delicious. However, due to the amount of prep time, would it be possible to have some bread and butter or something small while we wait for our appetizer? Also, with the gambas al ajillo, it would be great if extra crostini was passed around for our leftover butter sauce :)

4th time doing this class and it's never disappointing. The garlic shrimp are always outstanding. The paella was out of this world. Brought guests who thoroughly enjoyed themselves and wished they lived in the area so they could attend more classes. Jean-Pierre always makes the class fun and the food were over the top.

I probably would not attend on a Friday night again just because the crowd seems more focused on partying than on learning to cook. Wasn't the right atmosphere for asking questions and really learning since the audience wasn't into it. I'm definitely coming again but on a Saturday, for example, when it's a more serious learning experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Paella class. The Chefs humor and jokes add very much to the evening experience. The organization of ingredients and recipe printout makes understanding the cooking demonstration easy and fun. Having the chef point out similarities between paella preparation and risotto was helpful. Also, hearing the many variations that are possible within the recipe is very helpful. The other evening my wife commented on the pleasant aroma coming from dinner preparation. I had to explain that it simply was coming from one of Chef Jean Pierre's olive oils being heated. All of the olive oils and balsamic vinegars I have purchased have been incredible. I always look forward to the day in which I have a new cooking class. Thank you!

I love the store. My husband Scott and I bought 2 pans , various kitchen tools, in addition to EVO and great vinegars. Ironically Chef John Pierre had mentioned looking for a we AC company and that is my husbands business for over 25 yrs. I know we will be back It was a very fun evening. In the meantime , Jean Peirre has the Tropical Air business card with Scott's direct line if he would like to see what Tropical can do for him.

Limit attendees to over 18 years of age for an evening charged with adult humor. This class wasn't a place for children (although they were well behaved).

The most fun we've had at any of the classes. The majority of fellow students were regulars also and the dynamic of familiarity with the Chef and staff made it enjoyable, and rather entertaining. Love all that you do! Keep up the good work.

Maybe..offer a class that has participation. I went to Peter Bench's Cooking School in NYC...and it was a participation class....very different...and so much fun, too!!! (Besides..the photos down the side of this page shows participation...) Do you have that already? Certainly...I am NOT saying replace anything ...but it would be a different kind of time...that could be fun, too.

Living near this exceptional cooking and eating experience...is a highlight of our social calendar. of the expertise,No one else could offer the humor, culinary wisdom and experience of Chef Jean Pierre.
