We learned alot more about wine than we knew before coming to class. Eric's descriptions and explanations were easy to understand and very entertaining....we can't wait to try out our new knowledge.

I always enjoy the classes at CJP. Sometimes the history of wine can be boring. As long as I learn something or taste something new, I am happy. I am happy!

Eric Hemmer is so unbelievably knowledgeable! However, the in depth description of each of the regions of France came across a bit dry. It would have been best if he shared some fun facts, or interesting stories about some of the areas to make it more lively and entertaining. Also, the presentation with all that text was, even though informative,a bit overwhelming, and again a bit dry. I would have loved to see more graphics that would drive the main points of each region more memorably.

The food and the wine was spectacular as always....and everyone was extremely nice and professional, again, as always.

How do you beat perfection? I enjoyed every wine and all the food was excellent. We will recommend it to others. The place is immaculate and that is so important.

I would love to go to a class with Italian wines next time.

As we will be traveling through Burgundy, it was very helpful to understand the wines and now we can begin experiment with those wines.

I would have enjoyed more personal stories and experience from the sommelier...would have made it a more personal experience for me. Overall, I enjoyed it and would attend another class.

The Instructor (Chef) was?: Very informative. Next class provide copies of the maps so those participating can follow along.

The atmosphere was: tables, tables, tables...a table bar for each row or purchasing student chairs so that folks can have a place to put their plate, glass, or take notes would be very helpful.

Loved the wine, loved the food. Obviously you are working in tight space. Would love a more comfortable setting to wine and dine rather than a tight classroom style.

I attended the Wines of France class and it was terrific! Eric as always comes out to please and inform us with his oeniphile wizardry and of course Chef Jean Pierre and his crew create delicious accompaniments.
