This was my husband and my second Couples Only Dinner. It was just as much fun as the first one we attended. Like before, Chef Jean-Pierre was very entertaining and the meal he prepared for us was fabulous. We've already booked our third dinner.

The class was filled, which probably speaks to the demand... but it would have been nice to be a little spread-out but the closeness created a relax environment and encouraged you to speak to your neighbors.

The Chef was very entertaining and energetic.. the food was superb and it was a great way to celebrate our 8th anniversary.

It may be helpful to let guesst know in advance that there is parking in the back. I personally have not had trouble parking but others have.

Have you ever considered filming the class and then putting it up online? I bet people would love access to the class they took and others. Maybe, you could sell a membership which allows people free access to the videos and a discount or special offers for classes throughout the year. I greatly enjoyed the evening! Thank you

Nicely ask people who are carrying on loud side conversations to please hold until food is served. Customer comments and interaction is great and fun, but side conversations and not paying attention is distracting. Complexity of the information provided: Flipping crepes isn't the easiest thing we've done, but it was fun. You make cleaning a tenderloin look very easy, but it's not as easy as it looks.

The food was fabulous. There was a little bit too much grand marnier in the strawberry shortcake for my taste but I ate it all nonetheless :) The seating is a little cramped for the big guys.

I found Chef Jean-Pierre to be very delightful and engaging. He made it a fun way to learn. I didn't know what to expect out of the class and found the reviews to be helpful. I would suggest including some information about what to expect in terms of the length of time for the class, what time you will be eating in the class description. Some reviews included eating snacks ahead of time but if you knew the first course would be served around 8:30, eating a bite ahead of time might not be needed. I would like to see pictures on the website of the class environment. That would have given me a better idea of the class size and class structure.

The seating is a little cramped, but I did like the intimacy. It would be a good idea to have little appetizers (bread & olive oil, or olives) at the beginning of the class so we don't get so hungry while we wait for our food to be served.

There were some guests who were very outspoken and made it a less enjoyable experience for others, but Chef Jean-Pierre was great at attempting to control the conversation. The Chef is very entertaining overall!

The atmosphere was: My husband and I really enjoyed this Valentine's Day dinner together. We looked at it as a chance to have fun and be entertained, while learning a little something in the process. Regrettably, some people kind of dampened the mood by picking the recipes apart like it was some sort of rocket science. I think they would have been happier if they accepted that this was a party of sorts and not a hard core cooking class. Maybe the party atmosphere should be emphasized for future "couples nights" so that some people won't act disappointed when they don't get the recipes analyzed to the degree that they would like.
