Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: This is definitely a special occasion meal. Time consuming. Several people could participate and each make an item to reduce the time for one cook. The food was: I could eat the salad everday !

Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: Loved the presentation. The skills you learned were: Would not have thought to pipe the potato. I enjoyed myself and had fun: I will be preparing the pear salad tonight and the entire menu for Christmas. Thanks

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: We love how you and Bev interact! Also, how you give all your help such a ribbing and Rosmary's dead pan face! All of you are such a wonderful team. That say's a lot about you Bonnie and your ability to pick friends! The atmosphere was: Always! Complexity of the recipes: Presentations were grand! The food was: Really, really good! 2-10's and the rest 9's! That is the highest rated class ever! I don't give out much of them on the recipes....even though I love your food! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Carla loved it too!
