The instructor was: Aeriel and I enjoyed the personal stories. She said she wished her Home Ec teacher was that good.

The atmosphere was: very non-threatening atmosphere, made it easy to learn.

Complexity of the recipes: I had no idea that cinnamon rolls were that easy. I'm not a baker, but they turned out really well.

The food was: I don't care for cinnamon that much,so I usually don't eat cinnamon rolls, but these were really good.
