Additional comments and observations The instructor was: You certainly go to ALOT of trouble to prepare a variety of foods! To make it easier on you, maybe several stations could duplicate the same meals. The atmosphere was: All very nice helpers plus the participants had fun! I enjoyed myself and had fun: I would like to take a class on pies and hated I missed the recent one. Would also like a class on pastries.
