Additional comments and observations The atmosphere was: The hands on class was a lot of fun! Complexity of the recipes: I have always been intimidated by making homemade pasta, but after this class, I am eager to try it! The food was: The goat cheese cream sauce was to die for! I can't wait to make that again!

Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: In the past, I've tried making homemade pasta with little success. After class, I feel pretty confident I know where I went wrong. The food was: YUMMY!
