The recipes he gave out weren't as usable, because the amounts were in quantity and instructions not real clear--for the home cook. One recipe had some ingredients that were different than what he was making. |

All of your classes are awesome and this was no exception! He raised the bar! A delight to be part of this class. He is such a talented chef but combines it with a sincere desire to share his love and passion for food unselfishly. Can hardly wait to try his recipes at home soon! And his restaurant in the next couple of weeks! |
