Need to have better recipe amounts. Very confusing! But he was tons of fun. If I hadn't seen it prepared I don't think I could duplicate it. |

Chef Wong was highly skilled and took the time to allow us to ask questions. He shared many of his secrets to great Chinese cooking. I'll be trying to see if I can cut an onion with my eyes closed very soon! |
