The instructor was: Was glad he was prompted to share his journey with the group-seemed a little shy, quiet initially. Was interesting, humble for a chef!

Complexity of the recipes: Don't think I will have any trouble- would like to know good chocolate that can be purchased locally. His was very good!
The food was: Liked th ratatouille soup a lot! Nice new recipe for quinoa- would like to try it with beef or vegetable stock. Will be a side dish I will use. Think I will try the Asian suggestions for the fish dish - think my hubby will want stronger flavor.
The skills you learned were: How exciting to know that I can use a mixer to make my cream puffs- was getting harder w my arthritis to incorporate the eggs with my trusty wooden spoon. Anxious to try this method.
