It was great as always, but I thought it was a little hard to follow the sequence of making things this time. It seemed rushed and I like it better when you show most of the dishes and the way they are made in order. But I know it's not possible all the time. Also seemed extra noisy and we couldn't see so well. But I know I can't sit on the front row every time!! I enjoy your classes very much!!

One question, you mentioned that the lasagne should set longer then 15 minutes. I think you mentioned maybe 30. How do you serve it hot then?
