The instructor was: Chef Peter is very knowledgeable, but very humble. He will answer any question.

Complexity of the recipes: Chef Peter makes dishes that look like they would take hours with their gorgeous presentations that he does, but he shows you exactly how to do it all so that it can be done at home.

The food was: The food was truly 5 star, as was the presentation. I can't say enough about Chef Peter's presentations and delicious appetizers. Everything Chef Peter does is top notch.

The food was: There were several of the appetizers, that would also make a great lunch dishes. His ideas for adding and layering flavor to these small bites was most interesting.

The skills you learned were: His presentation of the appetizers were great. The serving pieces were repurposed and easily found containers. They were also reasonably priced.

The food was: The combinations of flavors was excellent.

The skills you learned were: Learned that making a beautiful presentation of the food is fun and can be inexpensive. Just takes a little extra time and imagination.

The instructor was: Chef Peter was enjoyable.

Complexity of the recipes: My sister made the comment that if we were to look at the recipes initially we might think "too complicated or involved", but having Chef walk us through them made them seem easy!

The food was: Food was awesome!! and so plentiful!!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was great! Loved the drink too! We stopped on the way home and bought the ginger vodka and limeade!

Complexity of the recipes: Complete printed instructions would have been helpful instead of needing to write in so many additional comments/instructions. Because presentation was such a big part of the class,it would be wonderful to have a photo of the completed appetizer with the recipe.
