Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Very entertaining! Complexity of the recipes: The chef forgot a couple of times that we are not chefs like him! He could have explained some of his techniques more. The food was: Absolutely delicious! The skills you learned were: I can hardly wait to make the meat sauce. I enjoyed myself and had fun: We had a terrific time. Wonderful food and songs to hum on the way home.

Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: Maybe not the crepes....we'll see...loved the simplicity of the menu! The food was: Wow! I enjoyed myself and had fun: Loved this class..it moved quickly,explanations were clear..chef was fun!

Additional comments and observations The instructor was: Chef Adrian did a great job of presenting the recipes with instructions on cooking the food. I would consider him the best guest chef I have experienced at Cooking At Bonnie's. Complexity of the recipes: His menu will become a family favorite.
