Complexity of the recipes: I attended this class because I wanted to taste Julia's recipe - there are really lots of steps to this and not sure if I will make it but I really enjoyed the class.

Complexity of the recipes: Perhaps not EASY but broken into steps , something that one can accomplish and very much worth the effort if everything turns out like Bonnie's!

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes do not appear daunting after Bonnie's class (well, maybe I'm a bit daunted by the crepes!).
