The instructor was: Watching Bonnie with Bev and how they interact reminded me of my favorite show growing up..I Love Lucy..the way Lucy and Ethel use to behave..was fantastic.
The atmosphere was: Really enjoyed talking to the ladies at my table and sharing our love of food.
Complexity of the recipes: I am terrified of using fresh ginger because I never know what to do with it but Bonnie made it look simple.
The food was: I am a native of North Carolina so this food always reminds me of how. For a Midwest chef she hit the pulled pork and the vinegar sauce right on the head. It was sooo good and the Fried Green Tomato salad was the best.
The skills you learned were: I really like the tip about drawing water out of your cabbage so that your coleslaw doesn't end up soupy.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: The environment was homey and the helpers and other people were so nice. It was a very comfortable place to be among strangers.
