Very enjoyable evening. I learned a new way to filet a roast (He did make it look easy). I have to qualify the succulent---yes to the soup, cavatappi, braciole w sauce. As far as the risotto, there are too many other GREAT Italian desserts I would make with probably less prep time. Although plenty of fresh vanilla bean seeds were used, the flavor just didn't pop. It might be something I will play around with to tweake the flavors. Thank Joe for the gifts and the wonderful wine. A fun evening with my son and sister.

Wonderful laid back personality. There was no fussiness and lots of coming creativity. Joe obviously loves laying with food and spices. Food is his artists palette. Can't wait to eat at Carrabas.

It was an enjoyable evening and the food was delicious! I liked Chef Joe's casual, easy-going approach. He was a great ambassador for Carrabba's (which my husband and I love - their curb-side pick up is a frequent stand-by for us!) Bonnie - you do a great job of prompting the chef and throwing in those teaching moments for all of us. I plan to make the beef roll-up next week for my bride group. Diana Kidd
