The instructor was: he knows how to "bring it down " to my level --- not a lot of technical stuff

The atmosphere was: (even though we ended up sitting at the "naughty" table)

The skills you learned were: tempering instructions (and explanations) were fantastic

The instructor was: AWESOME!! No other word can describe Aaron..he was awesome!

The atmosphere was: A little too loud to hear at times, but wonderful just the same

Complexity of the recipes: The recipes were easy-after Aaron explained the process and gave his very useful tips...Hopefully I can master a few of them!!

The food was: Wonderful...several different things I had never tried before.

The skills you learned were: The girls and I are already planning a Chocolate party and inviting our friends to try our new recipes!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: It was a great way to spend Saturday morning..please invite him back for other classes (maybe a Comfort Foods class, or a Healthy Foods class, or....)
