The instructor was: Joe is Joe. He's great. I also think he is shy. The atmosphere was: Better than Cheerful and fun!

I enjoyed myself and had fun: I really enjoyed it. The chef was excellent and entertaining and the students certainly enjoyed it. It was a special perk that we all received a gift as well. Nice evening.

Complexity of the recipes: Joe did a great job this time with the recipes.....in the past, I've had to take a LOT of notes. The food was: OMG....that lemon, butter, basil sauce is to die for!
