The instructor was: He is a low-key guy but easy to listen to.

Complexity of the recipes: I like his recipes. I did the goat cheese salad the next day and it got raves. I do his simple pork loin from another class with similar results.

The food was: The stuff he does is simple but oh so tasty. Everything he made was good!

The skills you learned were: He always gives extra recipes and variations...and they are doable!
