The instructor was: Tonya was a hoot. We enjoyed her. I hope your assistant was not discouraged about going into culinary food service, though. She is a cutie.

Complexity of the recipes: I took notes like mad. I hope I can read them, so we can make some of the dishes. We will have fun trying. It is very interesting to learn so much of the food and culture.

The food was: The Indian flavors are wonderful.

The skills you learned were: This time, I learned how to clean my Spice grinder (special coffee grinder) with sugar. I always learn something every time.
