The food was: Excellent! Really yummy fish dishes and sides that I could easily prepare at home and be proud to serve to company.

The skills you learned were: There's never a class of Bonnie's that I don't go home with lots of new tips written in the margins of the recipes.

The food was: Tilapia was the best, really liked it with the breadcrumbs and the orzo. Also, the oven roasted potatoes were phenomenal. Trout was good also.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Can't wait to come back again and bring my wife. I've told friends its a very good idea for a couple, will learn some new tricks and eat wonderful food.

The instructor was: I don't expect the cook to be a comedian. I never watch emeril because the audience overreacts to every word out of his mouth and breaks out into inappropriate applause. Bonnie enjoys what she is doing and I enjoyed the class.

Complexity of the recipes: I sprinkle fish with bread crumbs, cayenne, parmasan, salt and pepper and put it under the broiler. This class will help get me out of that rut..

The food was: Colorful vegetables would be a good side dish. The side dishes served were delicious.

The skills you learned were: I use fresh herbs and today I am planting more varieties. A person at my table DID know EVERYTHING. So lucky for her dining companions!
