The instructor was: I know I will always have a good time when Bonnie is cooking-good humor even when things don't go just as planned. Makes us home cooks feel at home. Love the banter between her and her helpers. Not to mention what a good sport Bev is!!!
Complexity of the recipes: Will retype the recipe instructions for Hatch Chile Verde in order to make it like done in class. Like the idea of processing the items before cooking so I don't have to deal with hot food in my processor.
