The instructor was: Bonnie and Bev are a great team.... and always good for a few chuckles. Just wish I had my own Bev in my kitchen.

The food was: As an Arizona native, I know my green chili chicken enchiladas and these were by far the best I've ever eaten anywhere! And the lasagna was AWESOME.

The instructor was: I know I will always have a good time when Bonnie is cooking-good humor even when things don't go just as planned. Makes us home cooks feel at home. Love the banter between her and her helpers. Not to mention what a good sport Bev is!!!

Complexity of the recipes: Will retype the recipe instructions for Hatch Chile Verde in order to make it like done in class. Like the idea of processing the items before cooking so I don't have to deal with hot food in my processor.

The food was: Love those chiles, what a great twist on the dessert! Know I will make the lasagna and the enchiladas Know my family will like these!

The skills you learned were: Have been coming to your classes a long time, but always pick up something new.
