The food was: Perfectly cooked shrimp stands out in my mind. The sauce didnt' hurt, either.

The skills you learned were: White pepper is a nice alternative I usually don't think about. But it worked well visually and tastefully with the lemon sauce.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Even won something (which NEVER happens to me!)

The instructor was: I especially enjoyed his comments as he was cooking and how he directly addressed the audience.

The atmosphere was: Wonderful touch with the wine and sangria! Yummy!

Complexity of the recipes: Joe gave good directions; but, just occasionally, jumped from one recipe to the next. He was very good about clarifying when someone asked a question. Very friendly and relaxed.

The food was: Overall, the food was very good. The pasta was a little overcooked and the pork tenderloin a bit dry, but still tasty.

The skills you learned were: Thank you for making all the sauces and explaining, in detail, what could go wrong, how to avoid it, and how to fix the problem if it happened.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Wonderful! This was a surprise for my husband for our anniversary and it was enjoyableto take the class together.

Complexity of the recipes: We enjoy cooking and appreciate when the recipes do not involve a "million" ingredients.

The food was: Pasta was not the best.
