Complexity of the recipes: Joe gave good directions; but, just occasionally, jumped from one recipe to the next. He was very good about clarifying when someone asked a question. Very friendly and relaxed.
The food was: Overall, the food was very good. The pasta was a little overcooked and the pork tenderloin a bit dry, but still tasty.
The skills you learned were: Thank you for making all the sauces and explaining, in detail, what could go wrong, how to avoid it, and how to fix the problem if it happened.
I enjoyed myself and had fun: Wonderful! This was a surprise for my husband for our anniversary and it was enjoyableto take the class together.
