Additional comments and observations Complexity of the recipes: Except for the flaming part!!! The food was: My husband doesn't even like chicken. (or so he says). Guess what?!? He loved you coq au vin! Even the dark meat which I shared with him!!! The skills you learned were: I can't wait to cook potatoes starting with cold water! Why didn't I know that?!
