The atmosphere was: I like the "around the table" atmosphere, no one is above in the learning scale :)

Complexity of the recipes: Having cooked, sorta, with Mari, I knew it would be great, but I was mesmerized at the ease of preparing the dishes and feel comfortable to do the same.

The food was: Every dish was mmmmmm I especially like the salad, just so easy and so different from your everyday thrown together lettuce, tomatoes etc, it was a treat to eat. Each dish was excellent in taste I am anxious to try out each, so quick and easy and tasty!!!

The skills you learned were: Each time I come to the classes I learn new tips and different ways to prepare the same thing I do at home, that is always good.

I enjoyed myself and had fun: Of course when you can come with a friend, daughter, it is always more fun and enjoyable to hear their responses to the event.
